What is the optimum size of holes in Swiss cheese?
From TIME Magazine issue dated from August 21, which quotes CNN, we learn that optimum size of holes in Swiss cheeses is 2.06 cm (or 0.811'') according to US Department of Agriculture regulations.
OK, there is no match, or no link with the French cooking, or with recipes. However, we thought this information should be released...
