Potato and Comté Cheese tart
This tart is very easy to cook. Comté is a cooked and pressed cheese made with milk straight from the cow. It is made in big rounds 75 cm in diameter and weighing approximately 35 kilos.
Comté is the first French AOC cheese, (label of origin guaranteeing the quality of a product).
