Dandelion salad with diced bacon

Ingredients :

• 1 dandelion salad
• 125 gr diced bacon
• 30 gr butter
• salt, pepper and vinegar

Preparation:

• Rinse the dandelion salad under running water for a long time.
• Thoroughly dry the dandelion and put into a large salad bowl.
• Cut the bacon into dices (about 1 cm / 0.4 inch).
• Pour some butter into a frying pan and fry the bacon until it becomes brown.
• Add a few drop of vinegar to the pan.
• Stir it all around and pour the bacon over the dandelion.
• Add salt, pepper and vinegar. Turn the salad until everything is coated with oil and vinegar.
