Ingredients :

• 200 g dessert chocolate bar (plain chocolate)
• 6 eggs
• 1 pinch of salt


Comments:
• Place the chocolate mousse in the fridge for at least 3 hours
• You might prefer using milk chocolate instead of plain chocolate.

Preparation:


• Cut chocolate into small pieces.
• Heat in a bain-marie the chocolate with 4 soupspoons of water.
• When the mixture is melted, mix it nicely.
• Separate the yolks of the eggs from the whites.
• Add a pinch of salt in the whites.
• Add the yolks to the chocolate.
• Add to the chocolate and yolks the stiff egg whites carefully.
