• 2 soupspoons olive oil
• 60 g bacon
• 60 g sausage meat
• salt, pepper
• parsley
• 1 egg
• 1 clove of garlic
• 30 g bread-crumbs

Preparation:


• Peel about ten big mushrooms and place them heads turn over in a fried pan.
• Add 2 soupspoons olive oil.
• Yellow over a slow heat your mushrooms.
• Mince the stalks of the mushrooms with the bacon and the sausage meat, salt, pepper and add an entire egg.
• Mix everything with a bite of parsley and a clove of minced garlic.
• Insert the stuff in each hollow of the mushrooms.
• Sprinkle them with bread-crumbs.
• Put the mushrooms in a dish and cook them in the oven 20 minutes.
