• 800 g potatoes
• 60 g butter
• Salt and pepper


Comments:
• To be eaten very hot.

Preparation:


• Steam the potatoes (approximately 20 minutes).
• Peel and slice them.
• Melt the butter in a pan and roast the potatoes.
• Add salt and pepper.
• While the potatoes are cooking, slowly warm the cancoillotte.
• Put the potatoes covered with the cancoillotte on a warm serving platter.
