Salade Niçoise
The "Salad" page was not ready. Well, it is not true anymore. We will add more Salades recipes in the days to come.

Niçoise word comes from the city of Nice, a very "nice" city in the south of France.

Important Note: Salade Niçoise is now a real Salade Niçoise recipe. Before this fix, it was a Perigord Salad. Sorry for this mistake.

Potatoes and Comté cheese tart
This is an updated recipe. This recipe was previously titled Round (galette) made up of potatoes with Comte cheese.
Basically, this recipe is the same, it should be easier to understand.
