• 1 shortcrust pastry

Preparation:


• Pre-heat the oven at thermostat 6 (180°C / 360°F).
• Peel and empty apples without cutting them.
• Add a pinch of butter and sugar in the middle of each apple.
• Wrap each apple with a rolled-out shortcrust pastry.
• Cook in the oven during about 50 minutes.
• Serve hot.
