Ingredients :

• 1 kg stewed apples
• 50 g soft butter
• 50 g flour
• 5 soupspoons sugar
• Half an orange
• 2 pinches of cinnamon
• 1 pinch of nutmeg


Comments:
• To be eaten piping hot.

Preparation:


• Peel half of the orange.
• Mix Cinnamon, flour, nutmeg butter and sugar in order to have a sandblast consistency.
• In a gratin dish, pour the stewed apples mixed with the orange zest.
• Add on it your mixture.
• Cook in the oven 15 to 20 minutes at thermostat 6 (180°C / 360°F).
