• 1 entire rabbit, cut into pieces by your butcher
• 60 g butter
• salt, pepper
• 2 glasses white wine
• 125 g fresh mushrooms
• minced parsley
• 1 shallot
Comment:
• The French word Chasseur means Hunter.

Preparation:


• Brown the pieces of the rabbit with butter, salt and pepper.
• Pour 2 glasses white wine, and add fresh mushrooms.
• Cover and let it gently cooked for 35 minutes.
• Remove the meat from the heat and add minced parsley with shallot, tarragon.
• Cover again your meal for 15 minutes, without let it boiled.
• Serve your meal.
