Ingredients :

• 1 Normandy camembert
• 90 g (3 ounces) bread crumbs or the crumbs of the soft part of a loaf
• 40 g (1.7 ounces) flour
• 2 eggs
• two handful of a mixture of young shoots and several wild green salad
• 2 red apples
• 1 lemon
• 2 soup spoons of salad dressing made of nut oil, salt and pepper.
• chopped walnut

Preparation:


• First we have to make a Camembert doughnut.
• Take the rind off the Camembert.
• Cut into large dice, then roll into a cylinder form.
• Once in this shape roll in the flour.

• Pour into a soup plate the bread crumbs.
• In another plate beat the eggs, adding a spoon of olive oil and salt and pepper.
• Roll the Camembert doughnuts first in the eggs dish, followed by the bread crumbs.
• Make sure they are well covered.

• Wash the apples.
• Cut into four, taking out the centers, then cut into thin slices.
• Spray with lemon juice.
• Wash the salad and season with the dressing.
• Dip the doughnuts into hot boiling oil for 4 minutes, until nice and brown.

• Serve on a bed of salad, decorated with the apples.
• The final touch is to sprinkle chopped walnut over the salad.
