• 2 red chillies (small one)
• 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation:


• Squeezed out the bread into the size of a large walnut.
• Grind the chopped garlic.
• Add the nut of bread and the chopped chillies. Crush until very smooth.
• Whish in the olive oil. At the end, the mixture should look like a smooth red mustard
