Ingredients :
1 jar (about 250 gr) cancoillotte
8 sandwich breads
50 gr butter
1 egg
25 cl heavy cream
4 slices ham
Salt and pepper

Cancoillotte Croque-Monsieur
Preparation:
In a small salad bowl put 4 tablespoons of cancoillotte, the egg, salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon of heavy cream.
Mix until obtaining a rather thick texture.
Spread the remaining cancoillotte on the bread slices, add a slice of ham and spread the mixture on top.
Place in the oven (or under the grill).
