Ingredients :

• 1 jar (about 250 gr) cancoillotte
• 8 sandwich breads
• 50 gr butter
• 1 egg
• 25 cl heavy cream
• 4 slices ham
• Salt and pepper

Preparation:


• In a small salad bowl put 4 tablespoons of cancoillotte, the egg, salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon of heavy cream.
• Mix until obtaining a rather thick texture.
• Spread the remaining cancoillotte on the bread slices, add a slice of ham and spread the mixture on top.
• Place in the oven (or under the grill).
